The inspiration for our menus comes first and foremost from the calendar, our menus change with each season and most of our dishes are created with seasonal produce. Our ingredients have been selected with the love and attention &  we know the full heritage of all of our meat and where possible our fish is wild and our vegetables organic.

We can provide delicious collections of hot, cold, sweet and savoury canapes so you can offer your guests the perfect party finger foods.   We can also create selections of slightly larger versions of traditional canapes if your guests are particularly peckish.  Large canapes are also a great way of providing more substantial food in a tight space (without the need for a buffet display, tables, chairs, cutlery & crockery).  Below are some of our favourites but we can create many more to suit your taste & celebration style.

 Whether its a drinks party or an intimate dinner party we can also advise and provide the perfect glass to help you set the scene.  We love cocktails they're all part of the party ambience whether it's a sparkling bellini on arrival or an expresso martini served after dessert we can help.
